Returns

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required.

Items that cannot be returned:

• Used or damaged items caused by the customer
• Items without original packaging
• Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number.
We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

• You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
• Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After this time, the order may already be processed for shipping.

يمكنك طلب استرجاع المنتج خلال 7 أيام من تاريخ استلام الطلب.

يجب أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وبحالته الأصلية.

يجب أن يكون داخل التغليف الأصلي.

المنتجات بدون التغليف الأصلي

المنتجات المخفضة أو التصفية (إن وجدت)

المنتجات التالفة أو الخاطئة

إذا وصل المنتج تالف أو مختلف عن الطلب، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 48 ساعة مع صور ورقم الطلب، وسنقوم باستبداله أو استرداد المبلغ بالكامل دون أي تكلفة إضافية.

الاسترداد

بعد استلام وفحص المنتج:

سيتم إشعارك بالموافقة أو الرفض.

في حال الموافقة، يتم استرداد المبلغ لنفس وسيلة الدفع.

قد يستغرق التحويل 5–10 أيام عمل حسب البنك.

رسوم الشحن

يتحمل العميل رسوم الشحن للإرجاع ما لم يكن المنتج تالفاً أو خاطئاً.

رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للاسترداد.

إلغاء الطلب

يمكن إلغاء الطلب خلال 12 ساعة من الشراء فقط.
